Welcome to Chart Official Intelligence (“COI,” “the Service,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of this Service. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Risk Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service Is
Chart Official Intelligence is an AI-assisted charting analysis service. The Service observes and consolidates multiple technical indicators — such as EMAs, Bollinger Bands, Volume, RSI, MACD, Parabolic SAR, support and resistance, and multiple timeframes — and presents consolidated readings on the member dashboard so charts are easier to read and understand. The member dashboard also includes a Volume Pressure Monitor that tracks whether buying or selling volume is in control of the market and of each alerted ticker, a live S&P 500 Sector Heatmap, and an interactive Candle Pattern Library illustrating classic bullish and bearish chart formations. The Service is an educational and informational tool only. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. 2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are (a) at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state, if higher), and (b) residents of the United States. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Access Rules
One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, and the Service enforces a strict one-active-session-per-account policy: a login attempt from a second device while a session is active elsewhere will be refused. Dashboard content is watermarked with your account identity, and the Service monitors for capture and redistribution attempts; such attempts are logged with account and network details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Plans, Billing, and Access Periods
How access is measured — trading sessions. Access to the Service is measured in U.S. stock market trading sessions, not calendar days. Weekends are excluded. Days on which the U.S. stock market is closed (market holidays) are excluded, and your access window extends so that you always receive the full number of trading sessions you purchased. Days on which the market opens but closes early (“half days”) count as one full trading session. Two (2) weeks of access means ten (10) trading sessions.
Day Pass ($24.99): a one-time payment grants access for one (1) trading session. At checkout you may optionally enable automatic renewal, in which case your saved payment method is charged $24.99 each U.S. market trading morning (weekends and market holidays are never billed) and your access is extended through that trading session. You may disable automatic renewal at any time, and it is disabled automatically after repeated failed payments.
2-Week Access ($99.99): each $99.99 payment grants two (2) weeks of access — ten (10) trading sessions. If automatic renewal is enabled, your saved payment method is charged $99.99 on the trading morning after your purchased sessions are used up, granting your next ten (10) trading sessions. If automatic renewal is disabled, access simply expires after your purchased sessions end.
All prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
All sales are final. No refunds or credits are provided, including for partial use, unused sessions, dissatisfaction, or market outcomes. Disabling automatic renewal (2-Week Access or Day Pass) stops future charges; your already-purchased trading sessions remain available until they are used up, then access expires.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) share, resell, redistribute, republish, or provide access to the Service or its content to any other person; (b) screenshot, screen-record, scrape, download, or otherwise capture dashboard content for distribution; (c) use bots or automated means to access the Service; (d) reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service; (e) create multiple accounts or use false information to obtain promotions more than once; (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, analysis output, design, and content, is owned by the Service operator and protected by law. Your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your paid access period.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including the account-sharing and content-redistribution rules. You may stop using the Service at any time; Section 5 governs billing.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS MAY BE INCOMPLETE, DELAYED, OR INCORRECT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. See the full Risk Disclaimer.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
