Chart Official Intelligence (“COI,” “we,” “us”) provides educational chart analysis, market alerts, and related dashboard tools. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and exactly what we do with it.
We Never Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes — ever. Everything we collect is used strictly for the purpose of operating this site and delivering the service you signed up for. That is the whole list.
What We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes).
- Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers and is never stored by us; we keep only a Stripe customer reference and your order history so renewals and refunds work.
- Messages you send us — what you submit through the Contact page (name, email, message).
- Technical and security data — IP address, login session information used for single-session enforcement, and security logs that protect member content.
- Preferences — settings like your selected timezone and scanner watchlist are stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers.
How We Use It
- Providing the member dashboard, alerts, and tools you paid for.
- Processing payments, renewals, and refunds.
- Sending transactional emails such as receipts and renewal notices.
- Responding when you contact us.
- Protecting the service against fraud, abuse, and account sharing.
- Complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Service Providers
We share data only with the providers required to run the service, and only what each one needs: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email delivery), GoDaddy (website hosting), TradingView (embedded charts and heatmap), and TwelveData (market data). Each operates under its own privacy policy, and embedded market widgets may set their own cookies.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use login cookies to keep you signed in and browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as timezone and watchlist). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Account and order information is kept while your account is active and as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal records. Security logs are pruned on a rolling basis.
Your Choices
You can update your details or cancel your membership from your account page at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, reach out through the Contact page and we will handle it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and secret-gated machine endpoints to protect member data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but protecting your information is built into how this site is engineered.
Age Requirement
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
